Two beachfront buildings are home to 40 spacious guest rooms, each with private bath, private patio or balcony and terrific views. All rates are shown in US dollars and are based on single or double occupancy per night.

Deposits and Cancellations
Two nights deposit is required for low season reservations; 3 nights deposit is required for High Season. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Deposits are refundable up to:
60 days prior to arrival date in High Season.
30 days prior to arrival date in Low Season.
All refund requests must be made in writing, via mail, email, or fax and will be confirmed by the hotel.
No refunds for no shows or early check out.
As of Jan 1 2012, there will be a 10% Virgin Islands Hotel Tax and 10% Energy Surcharge added to room rate charges. For bookings prior to 2012, a 10% Virgin Islands Hotel tax and 10% Energy Surcharge is in effect.
